Offers individual, group & psychiatric services to adults utilizing a Person Centered approach. Psychiatric services are provided by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners & Board Certified Psychiatrists who have a holistic approach to care including mental health, substance use & physical health.

Hours:

Monday, 8:30am-8:00pm; Tuesday, 8:30am-8:00pm; Wednesday, 8:30am-4:00pm; Thursday, 8:30am-8:00pm and Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

Eligibility:

Adults from Erie County with chemical abuse & psychiatric problems.

Service area: Erie County.

We offer rapid access assessment clinics. Call (716) 539-5500 for intake appointment.
