Primary Services:

Description:

Provides the following services for adults and adolescents: screening, evaluation, treatment planning, psychiatric evaluation, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Suboxone, group and individual counseling. Specialized services for pregnant and parenting women. Referrals for detox and methadone maintenance. Supportive services available for HIV positive individuals. Coordinated services for individuals with co-occurring psychiatric disorders.

Outpatient programs.
Length of program depends on client's needs.
Accepts former offenders with mental health issues and substance abuse disorders.
Provides medication monitoring and close supervision.
Works with New York State Parole.

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00am-7:00pm; Wednesday, 8:00am-6:00pm; Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

Walk in appointments available Monday, Wednesday,Thursday, 1:00pm-4:00pm;
Tuesday 1:00pm-6:00pm; Friday, 9:00am-12:00noon.
