Description:

Provides mental health services for adults and children who have a mental health diagnosis as a primary diagnosis. Clients with concurrent substance abuse disorder that is stabilized may also apply if client is in treatment with a substance abuse treatment provider. Goal is to collaborate with established OASAS licensed treatment providers to insure that the mental health treatment needs of recovering substance abuse clients are met, and provide support for the client's recovery process. Also try to minimize the potential for psychiatric decompensation, psychiatric hospitalization or relapse of substance abuse. Must be stabilized or in early remission for any substance abuse issues. Must also be linked with substance abuse treatment if substance abuse diagnosis or problem is also present.

Hours:

Monday & Tuesday 8:00am-8:00pm; Wednesday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Eligibility:

Adults and children who have a mental health disorder as a primary diagnosis.
