Description:

4-H is a youth education program. It uses a learn-by-doing approach to help youth develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they need to become competent, caring, contributing citizens.

4-H staff works with adult volunteers to offer 4-H activities that help youth explore, learn, and grow. Youth can be club members and meet regularly with friends or enroll as independent based upon their interests.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Eligibility:

Youth ages 5-19 years old.

Area served: Orleans County

Intake Process:

New members are accepted into 4-H throughout the year. To enroll in 4-H, return pages 3-6 and page 9 in the new 4-H Member Enrollment Packet along with $5 enrollment fee.

Program Fees:

$5 enrollment fee; $5 enrollment fee is waived for the upcoming 4-H program year (which begins October 1) for new members enrolling in the months of July, August, or September.
