Description:

A center that supports people with addictions, people in recovery, and their families, find their path again.

We offer peer to peer recovery support groups as well as support groups for families. At the center, we offer resources, workshops on nutrition, mindfulness and meditation, cooking classes, yoga classes, fitness opportunities, recreational activities like art making, music, gaming and open mic nights.

This is a non-clinical support for people in recovery. People can attend while in treatment, after completing treatment or having no treatment.

The recovery center has been created by people in recovery for people in recovery to improve recovery capital in our community. If you aren’t familiar with the term recovery capital; we define it as those precious gifts that we get back as a result of this new way of living. It is different for everyone, but most often recovery capital is family & friends, employment, being a productive member and a part of a community, self-determination, etc.
