Description:

The Mobile Crisis Team is a team of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Support Staff, and Peer / Family Advocates available to any Chautauqua County Resident experiencing a mental health crisis or distress during non-business hours (5:00 PM – 9:00 AM on regular business days and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays).

The Mobile Crisis Team provides access to Licensed Mental Health Professionals for telephone and/or face to face mental health assessment and crisis intervention, resolution of crisis in the least restrictive setting in the least intrusive manner possible, prevention of unnecessary Emergency Department (ED) visits, and linkage to appropriate community mental health resources for on-going treatment and stabilization.

Hours:

Weekdays, 5:00pm-9:00am and 24 hours during the weekend.

Eligibility:

Open to anyone in Chautauqua County experiencing a mental health crisis.

Call the Crisis Hotline.
