If pressing the Ctrl and + keys or the Ctrl and - keys doesn't have any effect you can also try zooming with your mouse wheel.

To increase the display size, hold down the Ctrl key and roll your mouse wheel forward.

To decrease the display size, hold down the Ctrl key and roll your mouse wheel backward.

To zoom in on a touch device place two fingers on the screen, on top of the content you wish to enlarge.

Move your fingers away from one another, then remove them from the screen.

To zoom out, place your fingers on the screen again but move them toward one another, then remove them from the screen.
